All Healing Silks can be used with or without specific intention.

The sacred geometry contained within The Silk, enables you to encode it with the vibration of a specific intention. The process is very simple.

Adapt the example in any way you feel motivated.

Clear the silk of other energies by shaking it out and/or declaring, “I clear all energies from this silk that do not belong to The Silk itself.”

Next, encode the silk with your specific intention, “I encode this silk with the vibration to bring into balance all physical structures and systems which relate to my blood sugar.”

Follow your inner direction. The intention may be as general or as specific as you wish. Sample intentions to stimulate your creativity follow:

General Intentions

• Bring my body … plants … animals … into balance
• Bring into balance all that is within this room

Specific Intention

• Bring my physical heart into balance.
• Bring my blood sugar into balance.
• Balance my hormonal system.
• Balance my hormonal system so that hot flashes are relieved.
• Remind the cells of my colon of the proper rate of cell division.
• Bring into balance any neurotransmitters related to feelings of depression.
• Bring my immune system into balance so that it may eliminate the overgrowth of (a particular) bacteria.

If you wonder “can I…,” try it. You have only wonderful health to gain.

Other suggestions for healing

• Place the center of the silk over a particular area of the body needing support and set an intention. For example, place the silk over your liver and set the intention that your liver be cleansed.
• Sleep under your silk. You may set an intention or allow the inherent energy in the silk to communicate with your body.
• Hang the silk in the room of someone who is ill.
